Mr. Speaker:

    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 267

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 7, after the semi-colon, insert “and that each of the following (a) through (e) is represented”.

    2. On page 4, line 2, after the semi-colon, insert “and that each of the following (a) through (e) is represented”.

     3. On page 5, lines 10 through 12, strike Subsection E in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

          "E. Seven of the voting members shall constitute a quorum. No decision of the board shall be adopted unless it receives the vote of at least seven of the voting members.".

     2. On page 5, line 23, strike "private".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
