    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 245

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows: 

     1. On page 6, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following new subsection to read:

          "P. A family child care provider or an employee of a family child care provider is not a public employee for purposes of the Tort Claims Act.".

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     3. On page 7, line 1, after "state", insert "and is a vendor in the state and federal child care assistance program".
