    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 240

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 14, strike "student transport" and insert in lieu thereof "school buses or school".

     2. On page 2, line 17, after "secure", insert "buses or".

     3. On page 2, line 18, after "owned", insert "or leased" and after "district", strike the remainder of the line up to the semicolon.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
