has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 8, after “the” insert “original trier of fact or”.

    2. On page 2, line 25, strike “aggravated” and insert in lieu thereof “aggravating”.

    3. On page 2, line 25, strike “jury” and insert in lieu thereof “original trier of fact or jury as soon as practicable”.
