    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 164

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 21, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "Except as provided in Subsection B of this section, the".

     2. On page 2, line 3, insert the following new subsection:

          "B. For each family of a service member described in Subsection A of this section, the division shall issue special registration plates for no more than four vehicles.".

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     4. On page 2, line 20, strike "E" and insert in lieu thereof "F".
