HOUSE BILL 111, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike House Health and Government Affairs Committee Amendment 2.

     2. On page 3, line 6, after "interests" insert "less any premium tax paid pursuant to Section 59A-6-2 NMSA 1978 and fees associated with participating in a health insurance exchange that serves as a clearinghouse for insurance".
