    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 50

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 17 through 19 in their entirety and strike line 20 through the semicolon.

    2. On page 5, line 9, after the semicolon, insert “and”.

    3. On page 5, line 11, strike “; and “ and insert in lieu thereof a period and strike lines 12 through 15 in their entirety.

    4. On pages 8 through 13, strike Section B in its entirety.

    5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
