special events arena and the main gallery, in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county

SANTA FE CO OPERA REHEARSAL HALL

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to construct an opera rehearsal hall in Santa

Fe county; provided that land for the facility is donated to the state

to the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, purchase and renovate transitional housing

pursuant to the Affordable Housing Act in Gallup in McKinley county
