AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT TO REPAY THE STATE BOARD OF FINANCE FOR AN EMERGENCY LOAN TO THE NORTH SAN YSIDRO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to repay the state board of finance for an emergency loan made to the north San Ysidro mutual domestic water consumers association. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
