AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND THE JUVENILE DRUG COURT IN THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-seven thousand two hundred dollars ($27,200) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to expand and enhance the juvenile drug court in the third judicial district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
