AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A STATEWIDE TWENTY-FOUR-HOUR NURSE ADVICE HOTLINE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to help support a statewide twenty-four-hour nurse advice hotline. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
