AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CURRICULUM SUPPORT FOR THE COMPLEX ADDITIVE SYSTEMS INSTITUTE AT THE NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for testing curriculum support at the institute for complex additive systems analysis. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
