AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TWO SENIOR CENTERS IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the aging and long-term services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for the operation and maintenance of two senior centers in Guadalupe county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
