HOUSE BILL 396

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 16, strike the line up to "for" and insert in lieu thereof "local government division of the department of finance and administration".

     2. On page 1, line 17, after "2009", insert "for Bernalillo county".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
