has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 19, strike "and".

     2. On page 4, line 21, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

     3. On page 4, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following new subsections:

          "39. a wood manufacturing project in Cibola county;

          40. a downtown revitalization project in Taos county;

          41. a biofuel manufacturing facility in Roosevelt county;

          42. an alternative energy project in Curry county;

          43. a biomass project in Torrance county;

          44. a solar photovoltaic project in Bernalillo, Sandoval or San Juan county;

          45. a distribution warehousing project in Dona Ana county;

          46. a recreation and entertainment project in Grant county;

          47. a biodiesel and agricultural processing facility in Hidalgo county;

          48. a medical complex in Grant county; and

          49. a film and media project in Sandoval county.".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
