SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to HOUSE BILL 180, as amended

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR RAWSON

     1. On page 2, line 11, after the word "agriculture" insert ", who shall be chair of the board".

     2. On page 2, lines 13 and 14, strike ", who shall be chair of the board".

     3. On page 3, line 2, after the word "governor" insert "with the advice and consent of the senate".

     4. On page 5, line 21, strike the word "reviewed" and insert in lieu thereof the word "approved".
