AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A TEEN TECHNOLOGY AND RECREATIONAL CENTER ON THE WEST SIDE OF ESPANOLA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to contract for technical assistance and instructional and programming support for a teen technology and recreational center located on the west side of the city of Espanola. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
