AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE HEALTH SCIENCES SIMULATION AND TEACHING CENTER AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred eighty-seven thousand three hundred dollars ($287,300) is appropriated from the general fund to the higher education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for programs at the health sciences simulation and teaching center at San Juan college. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
