has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, line 2, strike "insurance companies" and insert in lieu thereof "group purchasers".

     2. On page 6, line 8, strike "insurance companies" and insert in lieu thereof "group purchasers".

     3. On page 6, line 21, strike "that" and insert in lieu thereof "than".

     4. On page 6, line 24, strike "insurance companies" and insert in lieu thereof "group purchasers".

     5. On page 7, line 6, strike "insurance companies" and insert in lieu thereof "group purchasers",

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
