has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 10, strike "thirty" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen".

    2. On page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike "six months" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety days".

    3. On page 4, line 3, strike "forty-eight" and insert in lieu thereof "seventy-two".
