has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 12, strike "the" and strike "department of agriculture" and insert in lieu thereof "state university".

     2. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike the second "the" and "department of agriculture" and insert in lieu thereof "state university".

     3. On page 2, lines 24 and 25, strike "director of the New Mexico department of agriculture" and insert in lieu thereof

"president of New Mexico state university".
