has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 7, after the first comma insert "the aging and long-term services department,".

     2. On page 3, line 11, strike "economic development" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico" and after "department" insert "of agriculture".

     3. On page 4, line 13, after the first comma insert "the secretary of aging and long-term services".,
