housing units and a community center in Gallup in McKinley county. The appropriation is
contingent upon the enactment into law by the first session of the forty-eighth legislature of
Senate Bill 534 or similar legislation and further contingent upon an ordinance being enacted
pursuant to Section 6-27-7 NMSA 1978
