fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct infrastructure and

improvements for affordable housing in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county. The

appropriation is contingent upon the enactment into law by the first session of the forty-

eighth legislature of Senate Bill 534 or similar legislation and further contingent upon an

ordinance being enacted pursuant to Section 6-27-7 NMSA 1978

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct, equip and furnish a business incubator in east

downtown Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

ALB CMTY-BASED PUBLIC ART PROJECT

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to purchase and install information technology,

including related furnishings and equipment, for use by an international standards

organization-certified provider specializing in employment of persons with disabilities in

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the Jerry

Cline recreation center, including purchasing and installing informational technology, in
