    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 1152

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, after "issued" insert ", or creditors under other financing agreements entered into,".

    2. On page 2, line 10, after "payments" strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 11 and 12 and insert in lieu thereof:

"or payments under the other financing agreements and that, without the payments, the project would be in default on the project revenue bonds or the other financing agreements entered into for the project.".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
