    Your VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 1105, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike all senate rules committee amendments.

     2. On page 1, line 12, after "ALTERNATE" insert "EARLY".

     3. On page 2, line 9, after "alternate" insert "early".

     4. On page 2, line 10, strike "if" and insert in lieu thereof "when".

     5. On page 2, line 10, before the period insert "if that Indian nation, tribe or pueblo is more than fifteen miles from an office of the county clerk.".
