    1. On page 3, line 15, after "confidential", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 16 through 17 in their entirety and strike line 18 up to the colon.

    2. On page 4, lines 4 and 5, strike "be required to". 

    3. On page 4, line 5, after "disclosure", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 6 through the comma. 

    4. On page 4, line 8, after "homicide", insert ", except pursuant to appropriate court orders".
