AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FILM ON THE LIFE OF PADRE ANTONIO JOSE MARTINEZ OF TAOS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the arts division of the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for a film on the life of Padre Antonio Jose Martinez of Taos. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
