AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT FOR OUTREACH ACTIVITIES AND AWARENESS OF THE NEW MEXICO HISTORY MUSEUM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 for activities designed to encourage interaction among residents throughout the state and further awareness of the New Mexico history museum. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
