AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR THE CITY OF SANTA FE FOR OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SANTA FE AIRPORT FIRE STATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and adminisration for the city of Santa Fe for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to provide operating expenses and personnel for the Santa Fe airport fire station. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
