    1. On page 1, line 11, strike the line after the semicolon and strike line 12 through the semicolon.

    2. On pages 1 through 3, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

    4. On page 4, lines 10 through 12, remove the bracket and line-through.

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections.,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
