SENATE BILL 979, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendments 5 and 6.

     2. On page 13, line 21, after "members", insert ", one from each congressional district,".

     3. On page 14, line 11, after "league", insert "; provided that the members are not from the same or adjacent counties".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
