SENATE BILL 811, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 11, after "resident", insert "who is not a felon, who has power of attorney and authority to bind the applicant to matters related to liquor sales and operations and".

     2. On page 2, line 13, strike "change" and insert in lieu thereof "charge".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
