SENATE BILL 759, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 22, strike "reasonable consideration" and insert in lieu thereof "the appraised value".

    2. On page 3, line 24, after "person" insert ", pursuant to Sections 13-6-1 through 13-6-4 NMSA 1978, notwithstanding an exemption in those sections for the department or the state transportation commission".

    3. On page 5, lines 11 and 12, strike "goods, services, construction or professional services" and insert in lieu thereof "materials and equipment".

    4. On page 10, lines 20 and 21, strike "goods, services, construction or professional services" and insert in lieu thereof "materials and equipment".
