    1. On page 4 of the house taxation and revenue committee report, in Section 3 strike "Three million twenty-five thousand two hundred dollars ($3,025,200)" and insert in lieu thereof "Three million one hundred ninety-eight thousand eight hundred dollars ($3,198,800)".
