has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 19, strike the first occurrence of "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    2. On page 3, line 20, after "pueblos" insert "with at least five million dollars ($5,000,000) in overall investment assets".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
