SENATE BILL 647

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "in the second quarter of fiscal year 2008" and insert in lieu thereof "with the first payment made to the state that is accrued to fiscal year 2008".

    2. On page 2, line 19, after "received" insert "on a cash basis".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
