    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 475

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1.  On page 1, line 25, strike "thirteen" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-four".

    2. On page 2, line 2, after "representatives", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 3 through "party" and insert in lieu thereof "; three members appointed by the minority floor leader of the house of representatives".

    3. On page 2, line 4, after "senate", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 5 through 7 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "; three members appointed by the minority floor leader of the senate; and twelve members, representing both political parties,".

    4. On page 2, line 8, strike "nine" and insert in lieu thereof "twelve".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
