SENATE BILL 461

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 10, after "provided" insert "that".

    2. On page 2, line 14, strike "and".

    3. On page 2, line 16, after "transfers" strike the period and closing quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; and" and the following new paragraph:

             "(4) when there is no change in purpose of use, the water right shall remain the full diversion right."".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
