SENATE BILL 429

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 22, remove the brackets and the line through "five" and strike "ten".

    2. On page 1, line 23, after "collection" insert ", except when inclement weather or natural disaster conditions exist, in which case, the period is extended to ten days".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
