    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 427

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, lines 13 and 14, remove the brackets and line through "carry out the provisions of the Alternative Fuel Conversion Act;"

    2. On page 5, line 13, before "carry" insert the subsection designation "0.".

    3. On page 5, line 14, strike "Conversion" and insert in lieu thereof "Acquisition" and after "Act" insert "as it applies to vehicles owned or leased by the division".

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
