    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 399

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 11, before the comma insert "and shall publish the notice once at least thirty days prior to the hearing date in a newspaper of general circulation".

    2. On page 4, line 12, after "within" strike "fifteen" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty".

    3. On page 5, line 6, after "payment" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 7 through 9 and strike line 10 up to the period.
