has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 16, strike "A.".

    2. On page 4, strike lines 23, 24 and 25.

    3. On page 5, strike lines 1 through 9 in their entirety.

    4. On page 5, lines 10, 11 and 12, strike "No negligence or liability shall be assessed on or imputed to any party on account of a violation of the Child Helmet Safety Act, and".

    5. On page 5, line 12, strike "failure" and insert "Failure".
