    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 393

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 8, after "excluding" insert "installment loans,".

    2. On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following new subsection:

         "F. "installment loan" means a loan extended pursuant to the New Mexico Bank Installment Loan Act of 1959;".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    4. On page 7, line 14, strike "this section" and insert in lieu thereof "Section 2 or 3 of this 2007 act".

    5. On pages 8 and 9, strike Section 6 in its entirety and renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
