has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike House Labor and Human Resources Committee Amendments 2, 3, 4 and 5.

     2. On page 1, strike lines 12 through 14 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "; PROVIDING FOR AN ANNUAL COST-OF-LIVING INCREASE; MODIFYING EXEMPTIONS.".
