has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "ACT" strike the remainder of the line and on line 13, strike "ACT".

    2. On page 1, line 13, strike "RECONCILING" and strike line 14 in its entirety.

    3. On pages 8 through 11, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
