AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY FOR COMPLEX ADDITIVE SYSTEMS ANALYSIS TRAINING PROGRAMS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to fund the institute for complex additive systems analysis training programs that provide computer security for units of state or local governments, including Indian nations, tribes or pueblos. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
