    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 267, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, after the semicolon strike the remainder of the line, strike line 15 and strike line 16 through the semicolon.

    2. On page 9, line 10, after "lands" insert "owned by the governing body of a county or municipality that are designated for public recreational purposes and that are".

    3. On page 9, line 12, through page 10, line 6, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
