has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, after "2008" insert "and subsequent fiscal years".

    2. On page 1, line 17, after "development" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 18 up to the period.

    3. On page 1, line 20, before "fiscal" insert "a", strike "2008" and after "shall" insert "not".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
