    1. On page 1, line 13, before "DESIGNATING" insert "EXTENDING FOR FIVE YEARS THE DISTRIBUTION TO THE AVIATION FUND FOR THE AIR SERVICE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM;".

    2. On page 2, line 6, strike "2007" and insert in lieu thereof "2012".
